Questions
Common questions
How long does it take?
I aim to finish within 3 to 7 days of getting your details, logo and photos. Most of that time is waiting for your feedback.
What do I need to get started?
A signed agreement and a deposit, then your business details, your logo and 8 to 20 photos. If you don’t have photos, I can use licensed stock photos with your approval.
Who writes the words?
I write the first draft from what you tell me, and you review it before anything goes live. I never make up reviews, awards or other facts about your business.
Will I own my domain?
Yes. The domain stays registered in your name, and I manage its settings so your site keeps running.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. I copy your email settings before I switch anything over, then check that your email still works.
Can I change my site after it launches?
Yes. Care plans cover updates to your words, hours and photos. Without a plan, I’ll quote the change, and work starts once the quote is signed.
Is the site accessible?
I build every site to WCAG 2.2 AA, the standard for web accessibility, and test it before launch with automated tools, a keyboard and a screen reader.
Not sure what you need?
Tell me about your business on a call. I’ll point you to the package that fits and confirm your price before any work starts.
